Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days on stock goods only. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Please contact sales@lightingplastics.com prior to shipping to ensure you’re eligible for a credit.

Restock Fee

A restock fee of 15% will apply to returned/unwanted product that is eligible for return. This fee will increase to 20% after 15 days and then to 25% after 25 days.

Product received beyond 30 days of approved return will not be available for credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable and to be paid by customer.

Cancellation Fee

A cancellation fee will apply to all cancelled or duplicated orders. This fee is a percentage of your total sale when purchased directly on our website.

All cancellations must be approved by LPM in advance.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, LPM will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first, double check your bank account or contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Custom or Cut-to-Size Orders

Custom or cut-to-size products are not available for return/credit.

To return your product after approval from LPM, you should send your well-packed product to:

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the approved return of purchased item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your return shipment is of high value, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. LPM does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item or that it will be received in good condition.

Exchanges

Only items confirmed by LPM to be defective or damaged are available for exchange/replacement. Please contact us at sales@lightingplastics.com to see if you are eligible for exchange/replacement.
